How will I be Invoiced for a Conference?

These are the steps:
  • After Login you will be re- directed to updated your PROFILE information.
  • Update your user profile by clicking on MY ACCOUNT if you want to change password etc.
  • Update your MY MAIN PROFILE as this information will be used in the Conference Registration process
  • Register for the Conference will take you to a Form that needs to be filled out and submitted.
  • Once submitted you will receive:
    • a confirmation email
    • an Invoice from the ITSIUG Accounting System (may take 1 - 3 days depending on the workload of the Treasurer
  • The Administrator and Treasurer will also receive your confirmation of your registration
  • Kindly use the Account/Invoice Number as reference of your payment.

All submissions for registration remain PENDING until the required fees are received.


When can I register for the 2017 ITSIUG Conference?

The 2017 Conference Registration is now CLOSED
  • You can register for the 2017 ITSIUG Conference if you are an employee of a Member Institution.
  • Your application to register for the conference will remain pending until the required fee is confirmed to be paid.
  • Early Bird registrations from 28 November 2016 to 13 January 2017
  • Standard registrations from 14 January 2016 to 10 February 2016
  • Late registrations will be considered on merit by the Executive Committee and would attract a "Late Registration Surcharge of 20%" as adjustments will have to be made on the booking of venues and meals etc.
